Most bespoke items require a specialized production lead time of 7–9 business days before being handed over to carriers like UPS or FedEx for 3-5 days final delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real-time. Please note that while we strive for punctuality, shipping windows are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY

All sales of custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are final. Because these items are crafted specifically to your unique specifications and individual requirements, they cannot be restocked or resold to other customers. Once an order for a custom piece has entered the production phase, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or requests for a refund. All other product(s) that are of non custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are subject to returnable.
